At EP, we have found that team building and our office culture is important for our employees to thrive. Initially, we were worried how this might be affected by the current COVID-19 crisis. However, we are happy to report that our team is staying connected through virtual company events and “hang outs”. Weekly happy hours are in effect, our first virtual game night will be occurring this month, and the team is even participating in a 30 day fitness challenge. We are thankful that our office culture continues to live on, helping everyone stay social during this time.
