Our Three 3’s initiative began in 2016 to leverage our success to give back to the community and environment. We encourage our employees charitable work by donating to organizations of their choice. The focus of the THREE 3’s is to give back to the community as follows:
- 3% of PROFIT is donated to charity.
- 3% of TIME is dedicated to volunteering efforts.
- 3% of FEE must be pro-bono work for institutions promoting community and sustainability.

3% of Time
Though we could not participate in our annual in person activities, EP made it a priority to still give back to our community.
Village of Irvington
Our Senior Partner, Evan Parganos, joined the school committee in Irvington, New York where he volunteered engineering consulting hours to help with making the school system more energy efficient. This will make schools more green and help them save money as well.
The Jericho Project – Veterans Day
We sponsored the Jericho Project virtual Veterans Day event. Funds went towards need resources and a lunch top enjoy during the virtual event. We also attended the virtual event to express our gratitude to the Veterans for their service and sacrifices for our country. We hope next year we will be able to volunteer in person with this great organization.
Our goals for 2021:
As the company continues to grow, our goals will too; We hope to gain even more partnerships and opportunities to give back.
