Pro Bono Engineering Services For Nonprofits

Engineering with Purpose

At EP Engineering, our corporate culture can be summed up in one core message: WE CARE. Our dedication to our clients is matched only by our dedication to our community. In 2016, we formalized this commitment through our Three 3’s Initiative, a pledge to give back through philanthropy, volunteerism, and pro bono engineering services. 3% of revenue is committed to pro bono engineering services for institutions promoting community and sustainability.

The Three 3’s Initiative

Through our 3% of Revenue pledge, EP Engineering provides full MEP engineering services to nonprofit organizations, including:

  • Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) design
  • HVAC system upgrades and energy efficiency improvements
  • Electrical infrastructure and lighting design
  • Domestic hot water and plumbing systems
  • Fire alarm and life safety systems
  • Code compliance reviews and regulatory coordination
  • Energy audits and sustainability consulting
  • Feasibility studies and infrastructure assessments

We understand that nonprofit organizations operate within strict budget constraints. Our goal is to deliver thoughtful, efficient, and code compliant engineering solutions that support mission driven work while ensuring long-term building performance.

BUILDING STRONGER COMMUNITIES

Whether supporting housing initiatives, youth programs, healthcare access, cultural institutions, or sustainability-focused organizations, EP Engineering leverages its technical expertise to create safe, efficient, and resilient spaces for those who need them most.

Giving back is not an initiative, it is part of who we are.
