Working with Princeton International Properties, EP Engineering provided sprinkler design services for approximately 165,000 square feet of new and existing office space across 17 floors in the building. Many of the spaces were previously without sprinkler coverage and has brought the building closer to meeting the Local Law 26 of 2004 deadline for full sprinkler coverage by July of 2019.
