Vuori Multiple Locations in the US

Vuori is a clothing store that originated in California and has expanded to many of the major cities across the US. EP Engineering first joined the design team for the fit out of the SoHo location and has continued with multiple new store openings in New York and Connecticut. To date, we have been involved in 5 different locations.

Engineering outcomes

  • Conducted pre-lease site visits and assessments to determine if there are any MEP issues or reasons the owner shouldn’t lease the space
  • Helped keep construction costs down by reusing and modifying the existing MEP systems to accommodate the newly renovated space
  • In some instances, the existing HVAC system was not able to be fully surveyed due to limited access above the ceiling. Therefore, some deficiencies were not able to be observed until the ceilings were removed during construction. EP responded quickly to rectify any issues and worked closely with the contractor to find readily available equipment to avoid project delays.
