EP is now pre-qualified to work with the School Construction Authority on schools in NYC

EP is now pre-qualified to work with the School Construction Authority on K-12 schools throughout New York City.

The New York City School Construction Authority (SCA) was created in 1988 by the New York State Legislature for the purpose of constructing and renovating educational facilities throughout the five boroughs. To fulfill that purpose, the SCA enters into contracts with architects, engineers, general contractors, trade contractors, specialty consultants and other business. The SCA awards contracts to firms that are prequalified. These prequalified firms, previously submitted a complete online prequalification application, and have been approved to do business with the SCA.

EP took the time to go through the detailed application and is thrilled to announced we meet all requirements to do work with the SCA. We look forward to this new opportunity of projects specifically in educational facilities throughout the city.

We are always looking to expand our project portfolio and helping to improve school buildings for the youth of NYC.
