Engineering challenges
Being on the ground floor of a 102-story building introduced many challenges with tying into exiting systems and also dealing with space constraints due to vast networks of piping and ductwork above the ceilings.
Engineering outcomes
With our trademark diligent survey work, we documented all existing conditions thoroughly and were able to fit all MEP systems successfully above the desired ceiling heights to the satisfaction of the Architect and Owner.
