EP provides full MEP engineering services for ground-up construction of a new luxury, full service Hotel project. ‘Park Chateau Hotel’ is located in East Brunswick New Jersey and will be situated adjacent to the existing ‘Park Chateau Estate & Gardens’ grounds, which is regarded as a “Top NJ wedding venue”. Working alongside GRO Architects, as well as the Owner’s Development Team, EP Engineering helped plan and design approximately 75,000 square feet total, consisting of a full Restaurant, Breakfast Buffet, Commercial Kitchen, Bar/Lounge, (108) Guestrooms, (8) Bridal Suites, Administrative Offices, multiple Business Conference Rooms, Swimming Pool and Fitness Gym.
