Team Building Event: Back in the kitchen!
On April 27th, the EP team headed back to Sur La Table for another cooking class. This time we learned how to make Spanish Tapas! We got to taste some authentic flavors of Spain, learned how to work with knives and properly cook vegetables and shellfish. Tapas are perfectly sized dishes for parties, gatherings or even just to help with a craving for something delicious! No class would be complete without being able to make our own dessert. We learned how to make Crème Catalana, which is a Spanish style Crème Brulee. Blow torch in hand, we each got to caramelize the top layer of sugar to complete this sweet treat.
Fun was had by all and we can now add these wonderful recipes to our cookbooks!
